As a company providing human-resources services, Keisei Inc. establishes this privacy policy in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws. Together with our commitment to providing better workplaces, we declare that all of our officers and employees will implement and comply with this policy.

We properly recognize the importance of protecting personal information, and collect, use, provide and entrust it only within the scope necessary for our activities. When collecting personal information, we clearly state its purpose of use and always obtain the individual's consent.

Contact details and information on work capabilities may be provided to client workplaces.

We continuously implement the technical safeguards needed against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage, and continuously train our staff in proper handling. Upon cancellation of registration, we are under no obligation to return documents such as résumés or career histories in any medium.

Disclosure, Correction and Deletion

When an individual requests it in writing and we can confirm the request is genuinely theirs, we will promptly disclose, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them. However, HR and evaluation records are not subject to disclosure, correction or deletion.
